President Obama’s Great Oration on 50th Anniversary of Selma

This is in my opinion the greatest speech of the Obama Administration – and one of the greatest presidential speeches of all time, a love letter to the next generation.  It covers the American story with all its pain, yet transcended with the overcoming of its great struggles, a speech of inclusion and realization of the American Dream. A great patriotic speech, in the best sense of the word “patriotic.”  This speech matches Dr. King’s “I Have A Dream Speech” – Lincoln’s Second Inaugural.  It will be published in all the future textbooks, in my view. A great oration!!
